How to Measure Mattress Depth for a Protector

Measure the actual mattress stack, not just the model name on the receipt.

Three measurements matter

Confirm width, length and height. For height, measure from the bottom edge to the top sleeping surface with any permanent topper in place.

Leave practical tolerance

A pocket depth exactly equal to the mattress height may be harder to install than one with some usable allowance, depending on skirt elasticity and construction.
